I had such a wonderful experience today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and so relaxing. Yakini was incredibly professional and took the time to understand my skin and any concerns before starting the facial. Ceri is amazing I had the 8 point face left and Botox and micro needling look and feel amazing. I’m 50 this month it was a birthday present birthday best present ever ceri is wonderful and so professional I’m a very anxious person. Saadia was my first experience with filler and she is so attentive, knowledgeable and patient. She was mindful that it was my first time, and handled it very professionally but was still so warm and friendly. She will also not pressure you to do anything you're uncomfortable with, and will not influence your decision to undertake any treatments outside of what you want. I was serviced today by Rochelle, I had a hydro facial and Dermaplane facial. First let’s talk about the decor- very comfortable, setup was beautiful, clean, absolutely lovely. Rochelle was really gentle with me and explained everything she was doing step by step. She even shared with me the products that she used on me. Rochelle was very accommodating and ensured I was comfortable. I was really pleased with the results from my facial. My face was really glowy and looked fresh.
