I had such a wonderful experience at the salon. It was my first time they are definitely very experienced. I’ve had such a bad experience with hair salons in Cape town when it comes to natural hair, but from the moment I sat down here I knew I was in good hands. They treated my crown with so much care. I would recommend to anybody!

My treatment was incredibly gentle, relaxing, and exactly what my psoriasis needed. Afterwards, my face and neck were noticeably less irritated. I also appreciated how knowledgeable Sinead was in explaining each step and recommending ways to support my skin at home without making unrealistic promises. An amazing experience when I needed make-up done for an important occasion. It was a pleasure having my make-up done by R Beauty-Beauty & Makeup Artist. This was my second visit to The Skin Spot, and once again, Lisa was amazing! I've had many massages over the years, both good and bad, but this one was truly memorable. I booked the Full Body Restore massage, and it was incredibly gentle, calming, and relaxing. I loved the flow of the treatment, and my favorite part was the extra care she gave to my abdomen and waist—I didn't realize how much those areas needed attention. Every woman carrying stress and tension deserves to experience this. Highly recommended!

Always a lovely experience! Thys is so warm and creates such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I booked the 60-minute personalized facial and messaged him beforehand about my skin flare-ups. He was incredibly accommodating and guided me before the appointment. During the facial, he explained every product he used and how it would benefit my skin, which I really appreciated as I'm still learning and exploring about skincare in South Africa. My skin was glowing afterwards—almost unbelievably radiant. Highly recommend! ✨

The service was great. My braided had the softest hands I’ve ever experienced and she nailed my hair style. I would strongly recommend. The arrival experience can be enhanced by simply putting a sign to indicate that the hair salon is in the nail and beauty salon.
