Such a beautiful cut from Catalina. My hair is thick so I asked Catalina for lots of layers, body and bangs – and she absolutely delivered! I love a big, bouncy blow dry and that’s exactly what I got. The movement, the shape, the volume… everything sits perfectly and feels so light yet full at the same time. We are truly spoilt to have Catalina in Kettering at Beauty Hub. From the moment you sit in her chair, you can tell she really listens and understands hair. What a great find! Caroline is brilliant, listened to me and took note of my concerns and worries following a disappointing experience elsewhere. She worked hard throughout the facial and adding in what she thought my skin needed. Before I was home, I’d received after care instructions via WhatsApp. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent service. Great hairdo. I am deaf and have middle ear implants, I cant hear anything without my processors and rely on lip reading. All staff made a real effort to face me when talking so I could read their lips. Also took great attention when working around the implant site, so they didnt hurt me. Well done to all. Will definately be using them again. Thank you for your deaf awareness, means a lot. Lorraine xxx
