I was given more practical approach that would be more inline with what I wanted. I was very happy to receive the feedback and discuss how to get to the end result being what I wanted. I do believe that if I went to a salon they would have done what it wanted without taking into consideration all the aspects of upkeep, hair condition and colour that may be more damaging .
