First great haircut I've had in a while, and I used to exclusively go to high-end salons. I'm extremely fussy when it comes to my hair cuts and Alice just straight up killed it. The girls also spent a lot of time playing with my baby and keeping him occupied so I could have some time to relax which was greatly appreciated. 10/10

This is my second visit to Bi Hair Beauty Salon. I decided to try their haircut service this time, and I am extremely pleased with the result. The stylist took their time and cut my hair thoroughly. Additionally, I enjoyed a relaxing herbal therapy hair wash and massage. The staff even offered me a bottle of water while I waited for my turn, which I found thoughtful. Thank you, Bi Hair Beauty Salon, I will definitely become a regular customer now.

I had another fantastic experience with Veronica today for my beauty treatments including waxing and tinting. She is genuine, accommodating, super friendly and always professional. Veronica always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, and her attention to detail is amazing. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I never thought I’d actually look forward to waxing appointments, but Veronica is so much fun and we chat away the whole time that I’m distracted from the pain 😂 I always leave happy with the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 💖
