Brian and the entire team at Empire State are simply the best! I go to Brian for a cut and ear and nose hair waxing (I'm at that age). We’ve been on a mission to find someone who could do an ‘old money’ cut for my son, who has a lot of thick, wavy hair. Over the last year, we’ve tried several different barbers, but they just didn’t hit the mark. Today, we tried ESB for the first time.
