Marissa was amazing with my 7 year old daughter! She took her time to hear what she wanted and made sure it was perfect for her! Michaela will be going back there for all of her haircuts! Thanks Marissa!

First timer. The reviews were right. Great salon. Reasonable prices. Ali did a wonderful blowout for me. Will be going back when I need a hair cut.

April is simply the best. One of the most knowledgeable hair stylist I have ever met. Birch is a wonderful salon for all.

Very accommodating. Squeezed me in for a last minute appointment and moved me forward to a better time when they had a cancelation. Great communication. Allie was so sweet, checking to make sure that I was completely happy. Not only great customer service, but very happy with how my hair looks leaving the salon.

Birch is the absolute best on multiple levels. It's a beautiful and very clean salon. My person April is amazing, kind, easy to be with; a good listener if you need her to figure out what you want to do with your hair. She's does insane color. The owner Laura is terrific. All the stylists are wonderful people; the entire staff is unique a in their own way. Lucine at the front is more than a receptionist. She manages most things. She's really on top of things. I had a great 1st experience at Birch ! The receptionist greated me nicely ,I filled out a info card for her , the haue washer was so friendly and checked with my beautician as to what shampoo she should use for me. My hair dresser Teri Smith I've known for 20 years and ALWAYS does a great job, checking 1st as to what I want / need for a cut . Great experience , I highly recommend !

Marissa did a fine job with the perm and cut but I was annoyed and embarrassed when I was asked for $162 in payment. The email I received quoted $117 and I came with a $100 gift certificate and a $20 bill . The past two perms were only $117 so why would I expect to pay more? This is false advertising and puts clients on the spot unnecessarily. Is this the way you treat senior citizens? I am forced to look for another salon that is handicapped accessible.
