I've gone 4 or 5 times (whenever I'm in Vancouver). Marshall is an excellent barber, knows his way around beards, and gives an excellent head and neck massage when he's giving my hair a rinse after the cut.

He takes the time to listen to exactly what you want, pays attention to detail, and delivers a clean, sharp cut every single time. First time going to El Baron for a haircut as I’ve been looking for a good barber for a while. I went in with no proper style in mind and wanted someone to help find a haircut that would suit me. Remon was amazing, super friendly and passionate barber. I told him a couple options I was looking at, and he showed me what might look best on me. Definitely one of the best haircuts I’ve had and Remon took his time and it didn’t feel rushed even though it was the last appointment of the day. Overall I would definitely recommend El Baron to anyone who is looking for a new barber and I’ll be back.
