Lauren has been fantastic, really glad I found TAP clinic when I started running postpartum! I've had some injuries along the way and Lauren has helped me with physio exercises & a plan for recovery, which has meant I was back running injury free - along with some sports massage for maintance - would reccomend to everyone.

Great sports massage. From Lydia's recommendation tried cupping for the first time on my shoulders, which left them feeling warm and more relaxed.

It was my second appointment here at TAP with Lauren. I will absolutely be making this a regular thing, given the attention to detail, care and diligence with every aspect of her treatment, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much for delivering an excellent service so consistently!

Relaxed and friendly treatment. This was my second visit and I felt listened to regarding improvements I had seen and how my shoulder injury was impacting day to day life! Finding the knots is a skill that Lauren has in spades. Dry needling & massage have helped ease neck stiffness as well as helping with similar + exercises for "golfers elbow" & were equally beneficial.

Her attention to detail was outstanding throughout the entire session, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was being done, even answering any questions about the treatment.
