I have a slipped disc that puts pressure on my spinal nerves, and Catherine has been able to provide almost instant relief after every visit through her Indian head massage treatments. Her ability to identify the exact areas where tension has built up is truly remarkable. It’s a skill that comes from a deep understanding of the human body and years of expertise. I have been exceptionally pleased with the care and service Catherine has provided, and I will continue to book treatments with her whenever possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with deep muscle tension.

Highly recommend Sarah. This is my 2nd visit and both times I’ve had bespoke massages - I had knots and tight muscles - both have left me fully relaxed and are thoroughly enjoyable! I will definitely be returning, Sarah is amazing at what she does!

Ema is lovely therapist. The treatment was great although she said I might experience some discomfort for a couple of days, which I did but it seems a lot better now. Ema sent a link to some exercises but I can't open it either on the phone or the computer. Could it be sent again please. Many thanks. Liz

Jenna is very experienced therapist who is great at finding the source of all problems .Very knowledgeable and professional Jenna has achieved significant improvement in pain and mobility for me. Jenna has a very positive approach and has been able to help long standing pain problems that have defeated other therapists! I definitely would recommend Jenna . She offers a welcoming and relaxing space and takes time to understand your individual needs.
