I had an amazing experience with Yim. She was super welcoming and made me feel so comfortable and at home. My nails are absolutely perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better nail tech. Been coming to The Beauty Box for a few years now. Can't say anything bad about Ella as she was amazing. She did my step daughter nails first and kept checking they were ok for her, which my step daughter absolutely loved them. Ella then did my nails for my wedding and they are totally perfect. Her workspace is lovely — clean, welcoming and such a nice environment to be in. Her nail creativity is incredible, no matter how simple or detailed the design. What really stands out is how thorough she is with nail prep and attention to detail. She genuinely takes pride in her work and it shows in both the finish and how long my nails last. A true professional who goes above and beyond every appointment.

I always come away from an appointment with Sally feeling lifted - not just because she does my nails in an expert way (which is consistently true) but also because the atmosphere she creates is welcoming, relaxing and reviving.
