I loved my facial experience! Triselle is so pleasant and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and informed about the services I booked. My facial included extractions and Triselle was thorough but very gentle which made for a relaxing experience with minimal discomfort. I'd definitely book again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great facial in MoBay!!

It was my first time getting a wax and facial, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and explained everything along the way. The space is super clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing… you can tell a lot of care goes into the setup and atmosphere. I had such an amazing experience with my aesthetician, Jadyne! She was so gentle, patient, and professional throughout the entire session. I usually expect some discomfort after a facial, but this time I felt absolutely no pain at all—just pure relaxation. My skin felt incredible afterwards—so smooth, refreshed, and glowing. Despite the fact that I was unavoidably 40 minutes late, she was understanding and very gentle during my facial. She also gave key tips on how to care for my skin and I love the brown classic lashes that she applied. A very calming experience for a first timer.
