It was my first time getting a wax and facial, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and explained everything along the way. The space is super clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing… you can tell a lot of care goes into the setup and atmosphere. This was hands down one of the most painless waxes I’ve ever gotten! Her technique was incredible—she made the process as painless as waxing could possibly be. She was so kind, sweet, and meticulous, paying close attention to detail while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Everything about the experience was perfect. The space was welcoming, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding. On top of that, she was funny and had such a great personality, which made the appointment 10/10. 😄

I had an amazing experience at Zen Eden Lounge and Spa in Montego Bay! I had a deep pore facial and microdermabrasion with Pet, and she is absolutely fantastic. She has a great sense of humor, is super easy to talk to, and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. After my treatment, she even offered me a snack and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. My skin feels incredible, and this has officially become my go-to spot every 6 weeks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-quality spa services.
