Very pleased with my cut and bouncy blow dry, my hair looks and smells amazing and is still holding shape 2 days later (even with the rain and wind in Newquay in November!).

If you need hair, beauty or aesthetics you must visit this salon in Newquay. Most knowledgeable group of gorgeous ladies, also beautiful inside and out. I could stay there all day!!!! If anyone wants up to date treatments then this is the place to go.

What a brilliant new salon to have in Newquay! I had dermaplaning and a facial peel followed by a gel manicure and the whole experience was perfect. The salon is clean, beautifully revamped, and calming with views out to Fistral Beach. The staff are beyond friendly, experienced and knowledgeable, and my skin has never looked so good. I’ve already booked back in for my next treatment. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing! My first visit to the salon. I booked in with Lisa after reading all her other amazing reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. Lisa immediately made me feel welcome, we chatted about my hair and the condition of it since hitting perimenopause. Enjoyed a delicious coffee and a lovely head massage. The salon is fab, love the style, the location, the staff. Thank you Lisa for a lovely cut and finish. I’ll be booking in soon for a Balayage. :)

My daughters hair is absolutely beautiful now, her highlight's are perfectly placed, and right down to the roots, which not many can achieve. The colour and condition is perfect, and the blunt trim is spot on. Her waist length hair is amazing. On top of that you all made her feel so welcome and special. Thank you so much Millie. Sarah xx

I got my hair dyed by Cally and it was incredible. I booked the wrong type of appointment, and my hair wasn’t in great condition on arrival, but Cally was really understanding and comforting. My hair looked exactly like the inspiration photo, which I didn’t think was possible due to hair being multiple different colours when I walked in the salon - but I left the salon with it looking & feeling amazing. Cally was easy to speak too, as well as the other staff who was there. The price was also really good! Will definitely be returning. Thank you Cally & the rest of the team ❤️

I can't recommend Strands enough. Eva is a genius with colour and knowing exactly what you need. The coffee is perfect, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I walked out feeling amazing.

My hairdresser Gemma is simply amazing She listens, and she takes her time to make sure your style, colour and end result is exactly what you asked for Tried a few when I moved to Newquay and wasn't happy but Gemma stood out and 2 years later I'm still going to her and wouldn't ever go anywhere else The owner is lovely too and all the other staff, they do beauty and aesthetic Treatments too and go they extra half mile Little touches like Prosecco and treats just make you feel its like a pampering session too, and let's not forget those axkng views of fistral beach whilst sitting back x

I absolutely loved my experience at Nine Hair Lounge! Chelsea was fantastic - she really listened to what I wanted, gave me great advice on what would suit me and I left with my hair looking the best condition, plus with a haircut I absolutely adore. Amazing from start to finish!

Had a great experience at Strands of Cornwall with Eva, she actually listens to what you want whilst offering friendly advice. Highly recommended, very pleased with my new style.
