I had such a great experience with Danielle Boulet. She was kind, professional, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand my hair and concerns. I came in with waist-length hair feeling ready for a big chop, but I’m so glad I trusted her recommendation to keep some length and go for a medium cut. I left feeling so much lighter and really happy with the result. She never rushed the consultation or haircut, and I truly felt heard. Every appointment with Mirna is a great manicure session. I just came in Saturday for a gel soak off but on the way home I realized Nerses goes beyond just getting a service done. Of course that is done perfectly but in the course of this they see you not just as a set of nails or but as a person. Nerses runs with creativity, skill and heart and I am lucky to be a client.
