I booked my dog’s grooming through Fresha based on the positive reviews. The grooming itself was okay, and I appreciated the groomer calling to clarify our requests. However, the pricing in store differed from Fresha, and the overall experience felt a little unorganized. I was told I’d be called 30 minutes before she was ready, but was only called once grooming was finished, so I had to rush over. I also brought treats for my anxious dog; although she didn’t take them, they weren’t returned until I asked. Overall, decent service, but communication and organization could be improved.

Excellent experience. The girl at the store was extremely pleasant and helpful and my dog's grooming was done very well. Very pleasant people and I'm very satisfied with his haircut.
