I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I never normally leave reviews but I had to for this — I debated coming here for a while cause I searched the location first and the building is genuinely scary and dodgy-looking. That being said, once you get past the building, the experience of the service and the quality is top notch. I had a great time and will definitely be going back for my lashes.

Amazing service, it started with detagling and the most relaxing hair wash I've had in a while. My braider was gentle, I was even falling asleep, they offered me tea and they even tried to make a pillow from a towel so I could be comfortable while dozing off. The towels are clean. The whole experience was amazing.

Here's to Cheryl for an amazing job and good advice, especially due the fact that the medication I'm on is thinning and spoiling my hair. For a local place the salon is neat, clean and professional, and with a lovely atmosphere. Experience was good, it was my first time at the salon, great service. I was uncertain about what I wanted and Jessica gave me clarity on what would be better for me. It’s not my first treatment but was my first experience where the stylist used a small brush to get to the root of the problem and sealed the deal🤩loved the fact that Jessica got into because my hair is fly aways and the treatment helps manage my hair.
