Every visit to London Road Clinic is wonderful, all the staff make you feel comfortable & relaxed. I’ve recently had a course of three Polynucleotide for my face. Mel is so lovely and welcoming, really makes you feel at ease. I had a facial with massage and it felt amazing, I felt all my tension melting away in my chest and shoulders and my skin feels so smooth. The salon has a welcoming relaxing feel. 5 star for cleanliness. I also love the little things, I was offered a bottle of water on arrival and asked to choose the bottle I was drawn to the most, the surprise was a pretty affirmation card with an action on the reverse to complete to help you focus on your own wellness. I thought this was a great touch that shows attentiveness to thier customers.

I'd give 10/10 stars if I could. Honestly, such an amazing service. The staff are so attentive and go above and beyond. Personally, I think they're undercharging given the service that's offered. The attentiveness and aftercare is nothing but fantastic! So lucky to have this level of service in Droitwich. Can't recommend enough to all my family and friends. Sarah and Dr Falcone, you're a credit to Flux Clinic. When it comes to health care, you're my go to!
