She is truly exceptional at what she does, I completely trust her - she’s incredibly knowledgeable about all her products and treatments, giving thoughtful honest advice. You never feel like she’s just trying to sell you something- she genuinely listens and makes recommendations that are in your best interest. The room she works in is so calming and relaxing, it immediately puts you at ease and adds to the whole experience. I always leave feeling cared for. I would never go anywhere else - for me Vikki is the absolute best!

As an older lady I didn’t know if this would be right for me. Alayna made me feel at ease and explained everything that I needed to know. After just 1 treatment I noticed a massive difference, and hadn’t even needed to shave before the second appointment! Can’t wait to finish the course of 6 treatments, discounted if purchased together, to see the final result. I just wished that I’d have known about this when I was younger. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

After recently feeling unwell with my own GP being closed (Saturday) and the NHS site advising me to attend hospital - which I knew was not necessary - I contacted Flux. I was seen and diagnosed by a Doctor the same day and given a prescription which immediately set my mind at ease and started me back on my journey to feeling well again. £39 plus £11 medication is all this service cost - more than worth it.
