Recommended 10/10🤭 All of the staff are very friendly. The massage, facial and pedicure were excellent. There is after service while I'm waiting for my sister, they gave me some refreshments at waiting place in front if the spa. Absolutely will go again next time.

I was very happy with my experience with the coconut scrub service. I do see and feel a difference in between my skin with how smooth and soft it is now. Although some strength was put into scrubbing, it was a comfortable experience overall. Overall, I do think that the price point for both services I've tried are definitely affordable, but of the two services, I'll definitely be going back for the scrub service because the pedicure was just alright. But it could be because the buff was scrubbed off after by the coconut scrub so take it my comment on the results with a grain of salt.

I am very happy with the service at this spa. I had a Citrus Bath for 20 minutes, and I loved it. The place and environment are very comfortable, clean, and neat. I will definitely come again for another service.

I had classic pedicure and 2hr signature massage. Pedicure was good. The massage was really good. The therapist asked where should she focus and she really made the pain gone even the process was abit painful but i can bear it to make it gone.

It was great to have magic touch from therapist Fatimah.. I was expected the therapist will promote the spa services while massage us however it is not the case here. I had a relax and calm session and definitely will come back for more. Most important things I feel super energetic and would like to thanks Therapist Fatimah for her great touch.. 😘

It was overall a good experience session. Therapist is pleasant and attentive. Massage was okay, could have been with more pressure that I prefer. But I was doing best to just try relax myself, unwind enjoy the ambience & spa music so did not insist more pressure. Always my favourite spa.

Always a pleasure to spend my me time here at Ruumah Spa. Feet reflexology session 1 hour this time, works well for me and I was comfortable with the therapist treatment, fell asleep most of the time.

Me n my bestfriend had the bff spa date. The massage, scrub and sauna was really good.. but the pedicure is a bit let down because the staff cut my nail so short that it became really painful. Otherwise, i had great time at the spa. Will definitely come again

My mum and I had a wonderful spa day with the BFF package. We switched some treatments and the management was happy to accept the request. I appreciate their flexibility. Our therapist were also amazing! They were friendly and attentive to us, always checking up on us and were very professional yet warm. I definitely recommend this place to the girlies before their big day. The packages are very worth it and provides value for money.

Had an amazing experience at this spa. The environment was very clean and calming. I had a 30minutes for full body scrub, 15minutes for sauna and 15minutes for mandi bunga, and it was incredibly relaxing. The therapist was skilled and made me feel comfortable. Staff were polite and welcoming. 5/5 – I’ll definitely come again!
