Katerina is fantastic! Very friendly, professional, efficient, social and respectful. Her spa is very clean and organized and I always have a pleasant experience when there. I have tried a few other sugaring spas in Toronto and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

Bill and Steph always make me feel beyond comfortable and take care of all my needs ! I always walk out feeling my best ! All of the staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re well looked after ! This is the only salon I’ll go to now that I live in Toronto

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Olivera is truly the best out there! I genuinely look forward to each facial because there is something so special about them. I had an amazing experience at Picaso Nail Salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Andrea did my nails, and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to exactly what I wanted and cleaned and shaped my nails perfectly. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. This was my first visit to the salon, and I can honestly say it won’t be my last. Picaso will definitely be my regular nail salon from now on. Highly recommend Andrea.

Teghlior was my hair stylist and she did my hair today it was a balayage and she took her time when working on my hair and she answered all my questions and she was very friendly and very kind and very patient while doing my hair. I highly recommend going to Venus and Victoria Salon and Spa for any of their services. All the staff that work there are so warm and friendly and kind and made me laugh to this place makes 😄 you feel like your family. Next time I come I will need to bring these Italian treats for these lovely ladies.
