I had a great experience. My partner and I went at 2pm so it was very quiet, only a few other people there. I thoroughly enjoyed trying out the compression pants followed by some more relaxing in the sauna and pools. A tranquil little place to rejuvenate and unwind. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place! The magnesium pools leave my skin soft and my body relaxed. The saunas are perfect for unwinding, and the compression therapy makes me feel refreshed and recharged. I absolutely love Refined Recovery & Wellness! The magnesium pools are amazing, the sauna helps me relax and reset, and the compression boots are seriously addictive. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and full of energy. The space is always clean, calming, and welcoming. I’ve made it a regular part of my routine because it just makes me feel so good. So grateful for this place — it’s honestly the best part of my week! 💙

Excellent session again 2 x HBOT’s……No waiting! KADO Coffs Harbour ticking all the boxes

I visited Kado Wellness this morning to make enquiries about whether or not the HBOT would be suitable for me. I've forgotten the lovely staff members name, bust she was so very helpful and informative about the HBOT as well as other services offered at the Coffs Harbour centre. I was able to do a short trial in the HBOT to make sure my sinuses weren't going to be unfavourably impacted by the treatment, I'm so glad I was able to do this because now I feel comfortable booking myself some sessions!

Access to private sauna and ice bath you can bring friends along to is excellent, clean modern facilities.

Beautifully clean equipment and space. The sauna is sparkling clean and new and very roomy and a choice of ice baths which they kindly set at our requested Temperature. Will definitely be going back.

The Infra-red Sauna Pod creates a feeling of wellness through complete relaxation. Staff are lovely and very helpful!

Always well looked after at Revive. I love that I can use the sauna/ice bath while my partner gets great benefit from the IV.
