The staff and space were nice. DO NOT book a curly hair appointment if your hair is wavy/curly, get the regular haircut. Mine is between wavy and curly, I booked a curly cut. The layers and shaping are great, but the styling looked AWFUL because my hair didn't curl enough. It was huge and frizzy but didn't bring out a curl pattern the way I had hoped. I asked the stylist about it but she didn't show me how to shape them with the extra time left in the hour. I would try a regular haircut here but not the curly haircut again.

Had such a great experience with my stylist Sarah— she did an amazing job with my color and blowout. The shade came out exactly how I wanted, super natural and fresh, and the blowout was smooth and beautiful. She was really easy to talk to and made the whole appointment feel effortless. I am a first time customer at Balayage Me hair salon- it is a great experience being a customer there. I used my first Groupon promotion here- it was a smooth process. Ineesa and Johnny did an AMAZING job with the joint services provided- partial balayage, haircut, Olaplex (shampoo), toner, and blow dry. The salon owner David and staff are very patient, professional, and polite- they answered all the questions I had about the Groupon salon services visit. I highly recommend this hair salon. I am very grateful and very satisfied with the result.

Kevin is a wonderful stylist. I hadn’t been to Roots Radicals before and was happy I made the appointment. Kevin went over the various options for my medium-length haircut. Excellent experience! I walked in without an appointment and was accommodated in 20min. Having walked off a plane from Miami that day, my hair was a frizzy mess with tons of split ends. I walked in spontaneously, from out of town, and having wanted to cut my hair and change my style for a while but not knowing where to go since my stylist moved last year. I read the reviews, requested a consultation, and took the plunge! I was not disappointed. Onur spent time talking with me and we came to agreement on the style (a chic chin length bib with slight texturizing). My hair was long, between my shoulders and elbows, so this was a big change! Onur did a great job. I am very happy with the result and wish I hadn’t waited so long. You’ll be in good hands in a welcoming place.
