I returned to Ellie for a keratin strengthening treatment as she suggested it might be really good with my very frizzy hair and to help with my hair damage due to constantly dying it and using a hair straightener every day. She was right!! My hair feels amazing now, it's so smooth and so glossy and straight. I got so many compliments yesterday from my friends! I highly recommend this hair treatment and I can't wait to return to Ellie in a couple of months for my next balayage!

I recently had combination brows along with fat freezing & skin tightening treatments with Nahid, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results! I had an amazing experience at cut and colours! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff (Jake) were professional, friendly, and really attentive to what I wanted. My stylist Jake took the time to understand my preferences and gave me a hair colour treatment that turned out even better than I imagined. The products they used felt high quality, and I loved how they explained tips for maintaining my hair at home. Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. I've visited Shafaq at Haven a couple of times and shall.continue to use her. She is a lovely lady who is meticulous to detail and performs whichever treatment chosen to the best possible standard. Prices are extremely reasonable too. I thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
