I had a fantastic experience at Urban Hair & Co today — all the girls are wonderful! Vicky, Mia, Isabelle and Lilyan create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. A special mention goes to Lilyan, who recently did a Keratin treatment on my fine, brittle hair. She gave it so much attention and care, and the results were amazing. This is my 2nd time here at Stefanie Napoleone Hair, I come up from Canberra and I have left the salon absolutely amazed once again. Kaitlyn is just lovely and is 10/10 at her job. Good conversation, amazing at doing my hair. I have curly islander hair and have been so hesitant about going anywhere. Until I came across this salon. I can’t recommend it enough. This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!
