Really loved my experience at Kross Hair Salon! It’s a Korean salon and they really know how to work with Asian hair, as well as all different hair types. Sue did my hair and she was amazing! I wanted a long wolf cut, and before we started, she and the owner actually took the time to explain how it would work with my hair, what to expect, and the pros and cons. I really appreciated that they were honest and informative without trying to upsell me anything. They even gave me some free advice about what hair colours would suit me. I honestly couldn’t recommend my makeup and hair artist enough! From the moment we started, she was so professional, lovely and easy to work with. She really listened to what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. My makeup and hair turned out beautiful. If you ask me, I just want to say that my experience was wonderful.
