I had such a wonderful experience at Sass n Co Cheltenham. Ree, my stylist, was incredibly welcoming, as was the other team member working on Saturday. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. We took the time to talk through what I wanted to achieve, and I really appreciated the care and attention that went into the entire process. Cleo absolutely transformed my hair! Having had 2 sets of Keratin bond extensions for 7 months (from another salon) my hair was in poor condition, heaps of split ends, dull and ratty looking. I went in knowing I was going to have to chop off a fair bit and assumed I’d be feeling like a bald egg, I wasn’t expecting to leave with the SOFTEST, thickest, glossiest, most amazing hair. Cleo cut my hair into a blunt long bob that was the perfect length, suits me better than any haircut I’ve ever had. It is so healthy looking it actually has that reflective glossy halo. So in love. I had a wonderful experience with Lee today. I had a blowdry and curls which were done skilfully to last as my hair often falls after being blow-dried. I also have a beautiful daughter who is almost one and was not only kindly accommodated but also included and made feel comfortable the whole time. New to Melbourne so it was great to find a salon 5 minutes away from my apartment and it’s such a cute salon affordable prices and Dallia was lovely. 10/10.

It was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a lot of blow waves in my time. This is one of the best!!! I have very thick long hair - she made it so smooth and no frizz! A very competent young Hairdresser and not to mention her friendliness. She was an absolute delight - so much so, that I’ve moved my next appointment so I can see her again!

Came in as a walk in. Everyone was very accomodating and seen me straight away. Loved my hair refresh and the chat I had with the lovely Indian lady(I have forgotten her name) will come back again !!
