The whole experience was amazing, it was my first time having my lips done and I was made to feel so comfortable, I was reassured and given all the facts. Actually having my lips done was a really painless process as well which was a bonus. I had a cut and blowdry appointment with Charlene today and it's the best haircut experience I've ever had! I was nervous a bit nervous to cut my length off but she was absolutely lovely and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair looks so gorgeous and healthy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new style.

Niamh was very knowledgeable, highly professional, friendly, attentive and very very good at her job.. I was nervous as have had the procedure done previously and it did not go how I wanted. I'm thrilled with the results and would recommend a visit. We did not do as much as we agreed at the consultation as was not needed.....that is how honest and good she is.
