The whole experience was amazing, it was my first time having my lips done and I was made to feel so comfortable, I was reassured and given all the facts. Actually having my lips done was a really painless process as well which was a bonus. I had a lovely cut and blow with treatment by Charlene who's been highlighting and restyling my hair for six years 😁. She has amazing skills, has taken my mid brown/chestnuty hair to ash blonde in that time and the condition is still super soft and bouncy. Best listener, communicator, colourist and stylist out there. Xx

I'm soooo pleased as a woman in her autumn years, trusted my daughters judgement and booked a restyle for my thining silver hair to be restyled. Charlene listened to all my concerns - thining and multiple widows peaks and took me from a very boring, floppy, shoulder length cut that just hung from my head.... to a lovely, sharp, yet soft jaw length bob with under cut, that I can either tuck behind one ear for a chic look, or have as a short French bob. She took time to explain and show me how to control my fringes numerours windows peaks and encouraged me to change to using a larger round brush
