She explained every process in detail, she is very knowledgable and knows what she’s doing, reassured/comforted me throughout the whole process, listened to my requests attentively (e.g. the exact shape of brows I wanted, making my uneven lips symmetrical, etc.), and the results all look natural and symmetrical and just like how I wanted.
