From the moment I booked my appointment, the communication was clear, prompt, and very helpful Highly recommended incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions in detail. During the treatment, constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The customer service was amazing and efficient. Very friendly and responsive. High quality customer service. Even after the appointment, the follow-up and aftercare advice were thorough and reassuring.

Today was my first time at Aesthetics of Sussex, I’ve had lip filler a few times previously so just wanted a top up of 0.5. I’m so so happy they look amazing! Whole experience was relaxing and was shocked at minimal pain. Can definitely tell that Kirsty wants the best for her clients too with suggestions that were made that I’ll be following! Xx

This is the 5th time I’ve been to opiah and as usual a fantastic service from Chloe. 100% recommend to anyone considering having any treatments done. I’ve had Botox a few times now, aqualyx fat dissolving injections and today had more botox and Lemon bottle fat dissolving injections.

Such a lovely hairdressers, friendly and welcoming. Always feel fantastic after a cut and highlights. Definitely recommend.

Irina is the best I had my lips done and fillers in my jaw and I am so happy with the results. Very professional and knowledgeable
