Koko and I had our sixth session together today. That has given me enough one-on-one time with her at LevelOne Fitness to be honest about my assessment of her training and coaching. Koko's knows what she is doing. She is a knowledgeable and sktrainer

Koko is a woman who knows her sh*t when it comes to building bodies! No mediocrity allowed! If you don't want to be pushed to your limits and beyond, don't even bother wasting your time. Highly recommend Koko to any and everyone who is needing a coach who sees your potential and creates and space and program to get you there

WHAT A DELIGHT! It was for me to meet KoKo today. What a lively and lovely person she is. It did not take me long to know that I wanted to train with her. KoKo and I spent more than an hour assessing my physical abilities and discussing various aspects of my potential future physical health and well-being, and goals and strategies that we could implement to help me reach my goals. By the end of that getting-to-know one another session, I was more than wanting to sign up and get started. I am very pleased to start this journey with her.

With Koko I honestly feel like I’m definitely on the right path to reaching my fitness goals! Knowledgeable and attention to details are on point!

Simply amazing! I was able to get an appointment quickly. She explained every step of the stretch service and offered practical recommendations for independent stretches afterward. I definitely will be a repeat customer, and I highly recommend her.

As usual, Koko was excellent at finding the issues leading up to the main problem/discomfort/pain and resolving them all while also talking me though what was going on so that I could understand what led to the issues to begin with while also giving me information and knowledge on things to do to maintain proper flexibility and range of motion in the area. A TRUE GOD SEND!
