So glad i booked an appointment just because I did not want to go into the city and this hairdresser was 4 mins from my house. What a lovely caring lady who made me feel welcome comfortable and her attention and attitude were faultless. Would highly recommend.

1st visit here I've recently moved to Norwich. I wanted a Perm but after strand test was advised this would not be suitable, due to the previous T- section highlights, would cause further damage. Ruby managed to T section my hair with 2 colours without bleach, complementing my existing colour which blended in fantastically. Grace then put in some soft layers & blow dryed it perfectly to give volume & body. I was very anxious finding somewhere new but was put at ease and everything was thoroughly explained throughout. I have found my new hairdresser & look forward to getting my dream perm soon
