Ettie did a brilliant job with the colour. I was wanting to lose some of the warmth and have a more ashy look with blonde which is by no means easy on jet black Chinese hair. I love the finished look, as does my daughter!!! Love my new cut and the finish, Elle was fabulous in giving me a fresh new look and also loads of at home advice for styling it myself. Many thanks to both.

David has cut my hair twice now and both times I got exactly what I asked for. Also, I have poker straight hair and get scissor only cuts and I've come away happy each time, which hasn't always the case in the past.

My 2nd visit and very happy with the service provided. Welcomed by two staff at reception and taken straight to a styling station. Offer a drink. Spoke with Felix before a trainee took me for my hair washed, this was lovely and I felt well pampered. Felix then cut and styled my hair, checking in with me throughout. My hair looks and feels great.

Alexis was really friendly, took the time to understand what I wanted. Left with my hair looking even better than how I imagined. She did an amazing job.

Fantastic treatment, highly recommend the Japanese Head Spa for relaxation, and my hair has never felt so good. Lucy is a great therapist, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly.

First time visiting House of Hair. Staff were all lovely. Laura did a great job of restyling my hair. It's always risky when going to a new hairdresser but I am so glad I did. Looking forward to the next visit.

My hair is beautiful! I was long overdue a cut due to having a small child but Alexis was very kind about the state of my hair and has made me feel fabulous.

Amazing - has been their customer for many years, never disappointed. Not only hair stylists who are just superb (mine is James but all are exceptional!), but all their staff - and everything in the salon itself (good attention to detail!) Already booking my next appointment and will book ahead as there was a lot of competition for pre-Christmas hair styling!

Barbara has done my hair for years. She is a lovely stylist and always listens to what you wish to achieve with your hair.

Sam is really skilled hairdresser! She has worked wonders improving the styling of my hair! I thoroughly recommend her.

She really listens to what I am trying to achieve with my hairstyle. She makes really good suggestions and explains her ideas very knowledgeably. I think that she is brilliant!!
