I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

Another balayage and haircut done yesterday, and my hair looks better, healthier, and more beautiful every single time I visit Izabella's salon. Izabella is incredibly talented and truly gifted at what she does. I had the best haircut I’ve ever had with Claudio today! I don’t normally wear my hair down but I love it so much now that I absolutely will! Claudio was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to teach me about the best products, styling techniques and possibilities for my hair. The whole experience felt personal, thoughtful and genuinely educational. I left feeling more confident, excited about my curls and much better equipped to care for them at home. I couldn’t recommend Claudio highly enough, he is truly exceptional. I cannot wait to return and see what we try next time 😊
