Misha did an excellent job with my wash and blow dry – he’s so talented and styled my hair exactly how I asked. However, I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and had tried calling ahead to let them know, but no one answered. When I arrived, I was apologetic and explained I had an appointment booked at a certain time, but the receptionist responded with, “you’re late,” in an unnecessarily blunt and impolite manner. While I completely understand the importance of punctuality, I felt the comment could have been delivered in a more professional and courteous way.

Michele is highly experienced and talented. He pulled out all the stops to give my frail mother a beautiful root tint and blow dry while respecting her comfort and I am delighted with my own blow dry. He juggled between the 2 of us very impressively.

Leanne is the only hairdresser I know that you get great customer services and you get exactly what style you ask for. Excellent hairdressers and top notch cutting and styling. Can’t recommend this salon enough

Excellent experience at Zaira Rose we got a child’s hair appointment for wash and blow dry on curly hair and the finished style was super. Defined soft curls with lovely shine. I’d recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Nimisha. She did my pedicure and gel polish beautifully — she took her time and made sure I was happy with the gel polish colour, showing me a few options to choose from. She spoke to me throughout, made me laugh, and I honestly didn’t even realise how much time had passed. She was also very thorough when cutting my hair, making sure I was completely happy with the length before proceeding. I had a wash, cut, and blow dry, and the end result was lovely. The hospitality was excellent. She made me feel very comfortable from start to finish.

Fantastic service, gave my 10 year old a really lovely experience of their first proper wash, cut and blow dry. Lovely team and really nice salon space. Great to have something so nice in Perivale for a change.

First time, Leigh listens to what you want and then styles it really well. Friendly and good chat. I’ve had a similar style before but think she’s cut it the best it’s ever looked.
