Sophia done a full head of highlights, toner, cut and blow dry for me today and I am thrilled with the results. She listened to what I was after and advised me exactly what was achievable. She was so lovely to speak to and it never felt forced or awkward. She took me back to the blonde version of me I recognise after feeling a loss of identity as a "mum" and I am so grateful. Gutted I hadn't found this lovely salon earlier as I have lived literally round the corner for almost 3 years 🤦🏼‍♀️. Thank you so much Sophia, see you in April!

Rob is incredibly friendly and skilled at what he does. I have been going to Rob for quite some time now, as apposed to other places that I have been to before, that do what they think I should have, Rob has always given me the style I want.

Always a lovely time here! Ryan is great and my hair always feels, smells and looks amazing! The best at blow dry and curl!

I recently had my wrinkles filled up in two areas at Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics Salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Anca took the time to explain everything to me and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. The salon itself is incredibly fancy and modern truly on another level, you don’t see this type of salon very often in Ipswich. I highly recommend Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics for anyone looking for expert care and an exceptional experience😊✨

Evie came for her first ever wash cut and blow dry in the salon, she absolutely loved the whole experience! Emma was brilliant, she interacted with Evie well, she discussed what we wanted and gave her opinion which we opted for. Evie felt like a real life princess with her curles and has asked to come back already!!

Ryan works his magic as usual on colouring/cutting and blow drying! 👏🏻

Both the women that did my waxing where so kind and amazing i would 100% go back.

My daughter has been going to Ryan for her hair, and she couldn’t be happier. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and—most importantly—really listens to what she wants. It’s refreshing to have a hairdresser who takes the time to understand your style and delivers exactly what you ask for. My daughter always leave feeling confident and well looked after. I had my first appointment today with Anca, she couldn’t have made me feel anymore welcome and at ease. She talked me through everything, showed me the products she uses and was so knowledgeable. It had been a long time since having my lips done but I’d been wanting them done again so much and I come across Anca’s salon. Clearly she uses amazing numbing cream as I remember lips being so painful but it wasn’t bad at all, so manageable. The results are unbelievable so much better than I could have ever expected and I cannot wait to go back for more treatments! I feel amazing!!

Ryan is a master of his art. I literally chose my house so that I could go to his salon. Every hair style he creates is immaculate and high fashion. He really listens to his clients and offers good advice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to Ryan’s. He makes a decent cuppa as well.

Emma and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Emma was very good at cutting and styling my hair to how I wanted it, listened to what I wanted which I loved. First time appointment at the salon, would recommend and will be going again. Thank you xx
