Sophia done a full head of highlights, toner, cut and blow dry for me today and I am thrilled with the results. She listened to what I was after and advised me exactly what was achievable. She was so lovely to speak to and it never felt forced or awkward. She took me back to the blonde version of me I recognise after feeling a loss of identity as a "mum" and I am so grateful. I haven't been for a hair cut for a while. Mainly because I get busy with work and I do get anxious in places. I saw Mel and she was lovely from the start. We didn't talk a lot but I like that as she just got the job done. She had a laugh aswell and helped me feel so much nicer with my hair. I gave her a tip at the time and it might be weird to give a tip for just a quick dry cut but customer service means everything to me and If you can make someone feel good and looked after as soon as they walk in, then I will show how much I appreciate it.

Another fantastic visit to Emma for cutting, colouring and styling. Emma is by far THE BEST hairdresser around for cutting curly hair and I’ve tried quite a few salons in Ipswich but no one measures up to Emma. Thank you so much Emma and I’m so pleased to have booked my next visit.

I recently had my wrinkles filled up in two areas at Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics Salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Anca took the time to explain everything to me and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Today was my first visit to Olivia. She is very friendly, the salin is welcoming and I was very pleased with my haircut and blow-dry.

Olivia is very knowledgeable and gave excellent hair advice. She was happy to listen and come up with good suggestions. Excellent cut and styling. Fab products. Even managed to give me a curl/wave that has stayed in for longer than an hour! Many thanks Olivia.
