I believe I thoroughly explained my situation prior to coming in to the salon as my hair was quite old due to personal circumstances and I struggled to remove the locs myself. Craig was fantastic! He knows and is very skilled. Usually I have curls in my scalp because of a treatment I have done & most hair dressers in London struggle & it takes them extra time just to straighten it. It took him 45 minutes & he gave me volume and movement! He is the best! Highly recommend.
