Michelle was warm, welcoming, and instantly put me at ease. After many letdowns, I’d been ready to cut my locs, but Michelle’s care, knowledge, and understanding restored my confidence. She answered all my questions without judgment and made me feel comfortable throughout. I’ve already booked my next appointment and finally feel excited about continuing my locs journey. This was my first visit to Hair Affairs with what I consider an almost impossible task of repairing some severely damaged locs. However after a great welcome by the lovely Michelle and Claudia I was made to feel at ease knowing that I was now in the hands of real professionals. What a wonderful experience..It was so relaxing .I loved the smells and the feeling of the different herbs being poured over my scalp and Locs !! My hair and scalp feel completely clean, and smell like sunshine and summertime . Highly Recommended

Wonderful service as usual! Michelle has been caring for my Sistalocs since she installed them 10 years ago! Never had any problems as Michelle has always been professional, knowledgeable as well as being an all round great person to chat to - the hours fly by in the salon and I look forward to the next retightening!
