Never knew how bad I needed to come here until I did. Can’t go back to my barber anymore. What exceptional service. The individuals here take great care of you. If you’re thinking of getting a massage, don’t think about it, just do it! And as for a haircut - I came in with my hair having no shape, minimal volume, no umph. Ainur is incredibly talented and pays amazing attention to detail with every braid she creates. I’ve gone to her multiple times for special events like HYROX competitions and the Pride Parade, where I wanted colorful extensions braided into my natural hair. The braids always look beautiful, are comfortable, and hold up for days—even through intense athletic events. I highly recommend Ainur to anyone looking for high-quality, creative braids that last!

Booked an appointment for an updo for a wedding. They were very accommodating when I called informing them I’m running late. The stylist was wonderful and did a great job! I highly recommend this salon and would definitely book again.

I cannot recommend Francisco enough! He did my hair and makeup for my bridal shower, and I left feeling like an absolute superstar. The look was flawless, glamorous, and exactly what I had envisioned—he has such an incredible eye for detail. Not only did I get endless compliments, but everything lasted perfectly the entire night without a single touch-up. Francisco is beyond talented and such a joy to work with—I’ll definitely be booking him again for future events!

Today was my first time at the salon, I went after a friend had recommended Guilia to me. I could not be happier with my hair! Guilia is truly an artist and she knows what will look good and what won’t work. She took her time cutting and coloring my hair and she knew exactly what I wanted! She has a ton of experience but she is also a very genuine sweet person! I’m so happy I found her to help me get the perfect hair I want for my wedding day. I will be going back for sure!

I'm really picky about getting layered cuts but I walked into this salon without an appointment and Sheral did a fantastic cut. She really knew how to get the look I wanted from the photo I showed her. Many other stylists want to use razors and thinning shears, which do not work on my hair. This haircut is layered perfectly. My new go-to on the UES.

I found this salon because of all the incredible reviews, and I have to pay it forward because they truly deserve them. From my first call, Beata made me feel I had found the right place. She is so friendly and welcoming, and she gave me the best shampoo with a wonderful scalp massage. Fatih then finished my conditioner and combed my hair while making me laugh so much that I was completely relaxed by the time of my haircut. Onur is both a kind person and a talented artist. Sitting in his chair made me understand why the whole team is so warm and thoughtful. I felt completely taken care of.
