I am a first time customer at Balayage Me hair salon- it is a great experience being a customer there. I used my first Groupon promotion here- it was a smooth process. Ineesa and Johnny did an AMAZING job with the joint services provided- partial balayage, haircut, Olaplex (shampoo), toner, and blow dry. The salon owner David and staff are very patient, professional, and polite- they answered all the questions I had about the Groupon salon services visit. I highly recommend this hair salon. I am very grateful and very satisfied with the result.

10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, staff listened to what I wanted, but was also realistic with me in what I was able to achieve based on my hair. They listened to my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my hair. They educated me and recommended products to make sure I'm able to upkeep and maintain my hair. David even went beyond the services I originally came in for, giving me a partial keratin treatment and dust-cut to make ensure I left there confidently. Loved the staff, would absolutely recommend & return back as a customer.

I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours, the balyage process flew by, everyone was very accommodating & it's a very relaxed/chill atmosphere. This is my 3rd time coming here & I'm always really pleased with the results. He never cuts my hair shorter than necessary for a trim & the color came out beautifully. If you're looking for a salon to go & chat for hours this may not be the place for you. If you want to get in & have someone focus and do an outstanding job, see David.

I was really surprised at how great my hair came out. The price was so reasonable I was actually a little anxious but mila calmed me down, kept my hair subtle like I wanted- her cut was sooo much better than I expected. I gave 4 stars instead of 5- because I wanted to frame my fave a little more with my balayage and I didn’t get that- but I’m confident mila will be able to do it next time. She really was so nice, pleasant and professional. Very happy with my hair.
