My experience was good as always. Ashley is a rock star. I did a microneedling with a light chemical peel so some pain/discomfort is to be expected during the treatment but Ashley was very careful and attentive and always ensured that I was as comfortable as possible. This was my 2nd microneedling session and I am happy with the results thus far. There is a definite improvement in my skin. Most of the hyperpigmentation marks have faded and overall the tone is more even. I have also experienced fewer breakouts.

Ashley advised that I get a TCA peel since it was my first time getting a chemical peel and the face wash I use contains salicylic acid so she wanted to be cautious. She explained the whole procedure and I was worried about how painful it would be but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Ashley was very gentle and she ensured to check in with me about the sensations I was experiencing throughout the procedure. My only complaint is that I waited in the reception area for a good 25mins and no apology or explanation was offered as to why it took so long. Overall it was a pleasant relaxing experience.

Top tier service as always. I did the Dermablading with a light peel with Kgomotso. Kgomotso is very gentle on the skin and as she applied the products to the face, she let me know in time how the product will feel on the skin. Very present and attention to detail. I also had an aromatherapy massage with Khumo. Khumo communicated well with me throughout the massage. She also listens when you let her know on which parts to focus on during the massage. She also provided a little feedback after. I enjoyed my visit!!!

Sis Nomfundo really helped me a lot during our consultation. Although disheartening to hear that the skincare routine I thought was working for me, was actually damaging my skin! If not for her helpful insights, I would not have known. She also advised I try the Dermafix Mandelic cleanser which I'm super excited to try.
