What a lovely experience. The stylist was so friendly and on time and she had already laid out the hairpiece when I got to the salon. Impeccable, welcoming service. My stylist, Karabo was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. All the staff are very friendly. I'm very happy with my hairstyle, it looks amazing. My only gripe is that I skipped a wash and blow dry because my hair was already prepared but still paid full price, so I just wish it was clear that the price on the website is the base for the style/labour excluding a wash/dry. - Lili <3

Karina is the best stylist, so is your staff My greatest concern is the gate that has not been working for the past 3months, That poor guy having to manual open the gate for clients on rainy and cold days, That guy is human, you are putting his life at risk , so is your staff , plus clients who are having to wait for the guy to manually drag the gate , for them to come in , even on cold and rainy days this is abuse of power , It's been more than 3months, I am a regular client at your salon , clearly you are not even close to fix the gate because u feel u have a slave poor security guy
