Exquisite massage.....I suffer from chronic hip pain and intermittent lower back pain. My session alleviated the pain significantly leaving me fully rested and far less stiff and tense. It's a first for me to have a professional massage therapist check in on me prior to treatment, actively listen, ask questions and then tailor my treatment accordingly. All of my sessions so far have varied and hit the spot. The right kind of massage as opposed to just "a massage" can be a game changer in terms of optimising self care, that's what I learnt.

I had a deep tissue massage and a face massage with Polly, and both were absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Her skill, professionalism, and calming approach made the whole experience truly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and much lighter. Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back
