I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

My experience was amazing, thank you Neelam, you have very soft hands :) Neelam made me feel very welcome and comfortable, I would recommend a gold or diamond facial to anyone and everyone, I felt very relaxed and pampered thank you. I have already booked my next appointment great service.
