As always very accommodating as I was running very late to my appointment due to severe traffic they were all so very understanding. Arrived at my appointment and I had changed my mind to what I wanting doing from my consultation Serena listened to me and was happy to it for me. Always happy chatty and a pleasure to be in company. Love love my hair every time I walk out the salon.

I had a fantastic visit with Stacy. She is very knowledgeable, we talked through some additional options and booked me in for further treatments. Stacy has done my Botox for a while now, she really knows her stuff, adapting as needed. I’m very happy.
