⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Lauren enough. She is genuinely so lovely and instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Her space is beautiful, calm and welcoming, which makes every visit such a nice experience. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I get my eyelashes done regularly and they are always perfect, but the microneedling has made the biggest difference to my skin — I’ve seen a huge improvement. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for amazing results and someone you can fully trust. 🌟

What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. Sarah is brilliant at what she does. Makes me feel really calm and comfortable during my appointments (I am someone who has a fear of needles) knows what she’s doing and provides great advice and detail on the procedures. I prefer a more natural look, and Sarah works with that when doing any procedure, creating a natural enhancement Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful massage. I NEVER fall asleep during massages but I nodded off a good few times and it was so relaxing. Lucie was absolutely spot on with the pressure which needed to be firm but not too firm because I was there for relaxation but I do feel like my body very much got the massage that it needed. Definitely re-booking.

I had my first microneedling treatment at flawless and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. Hannah made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, she explained everything clearly and was incredibly professional and gentle throughout. The treatment itself was easier than I expected, and the aftercare advice was spot on. My skin feels firmer and looks noticeably brighter, healthier and more even-toned overall.
