What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. Sarah is brilliant at what she does. Makes me feel really calm and comfortable during my appointments (I am someone who has a fear of needles) knows what she’s doing and provides great advice and detail on the procedures. I prefer a more natural look, and Sarah works with that when doing any procedure, creating a natural enhancement Highly recommend!

I had my first microneedling treatment at flawless and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. Amazing experience - as always! I really notice such a positive difference in my skin after each appointment, especially the ✨glow✨, and a tangible reduction in my tension and stress levels.
