As always first class treatment with Olivia So apparently it's not usual to fall asleep whilst having the skin pen microneedling.... but I did!! i’ve had microneedling done in the past by a different clinician, but amber is definitely the best! amber takes such good care of my skin - she always goes the extra mile to provide me with the best service & treatment. before i went to amber, i was struggling a lot with my hormonal acne & scars - amber has really helped me with my skincare journey and i can definitely see an improvement! she is very professional & always explains what she’s doing, plus how it helps. she even guides you on what to do post-treatment & helps with the aftercare. nobody has looked after my skin as well as her!🤩💯

I decided to try PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy for my under-eye area to address dark circles, fine lines, and that tired, hollow look. After doing some research, I liked the idea of using my body’s own healing properties instead of fillers or harsh treatments. The procedure was pretty simple and quick. A small amount of blood was drawn, the platelets were separated, and then injected carefully under my eyes. There was a bit of swelling, no brusing —it cleared up in a few days. Rachel was so gentle. I am already vastly improved under the eye area and darkness has drastically reduced.
