I had my laser appointment today with Chelsea, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was so lovely, made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. She was also very informative and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease 🥰

Kerry was absolutely incredible with my appointment today. It’s the first time I’ve been seen by Kerry and she was really accommodating, understanding and gave me an insight into how the laser works on my hair, what setting she is using and why. Kerry made me feel super comfortable especially as I was on my period and felt embarrassed. I came out full of confidence and I’m really looking forward to my next session. Thank you Kerry.
