I’ve been going to House of Glam for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough! Jasmine, the owner, has created such a welcoming space, and the team is incredible. Kim has worked wonders with my skin through microneedling facials, and my confidence has skyrocketed since I started getting my facials (by Kim) , brows and lashes done here by Jasmine. I travel over an hour just to see them, and it’s always worth it. Whether it’s HD brows, facials, laminate brows, or lashes, the results are always amazing. Had micro needling for the first time. During the consultation Paris walked me through the treatment, what to expect, we talked about what I wanted to achieve. On treatment day Paris explained the treatment and checked my expectations again. The treatment was carried out in a lovely calm environment and was surprisingly relaxing. She checked on me throughout and gave me thorough aftercare via message so I didn’t have to remember it. Another great treatment, thank you Paris, I’ll be back soon 🙂

I have been going in to see Luke now for a couple of months to get my eyebrows done and just recently have started monthly micro needling treatment for my acne scaring on my face and back. Initially I went into this process blind and didn't know how to get started but with Luke's help I now have clear understanding of what the treatment can do for me. I would 100% recommend getting booked in especially if you're someone who is unsure on how to get started with different treatments. Luke is always open talk you through it all, giving you good peace of mind understanding what is best for you.

I had the Korean Glass Skin MediFacial + Dermaplane today with Sim in Newcastle. Sim was amazing, she explained the steps of the facial and reassured me of the dermaplane process. The treatment was great and my skin feels incredibly smooth and hydrated. I’ll definitely be rebooking and look forward to more treatments.
